Complaints and product returns

The right to withdraw from the contract:

Dear Customer, remember that when shopping remotely, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, the withdrawal form is available for download below.However, you can do it with usup to 30 daysfrom the moment of receiving the package!

Complaints about a defective product:

If the product you ordered has a defect or you believe that it is not as described, submit your complaint to us, below are instructions on how to properly submit a complaint.

The cost of returning the goods / complaint:

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer.

Free return of goods:due to your convenience, we provide the optionfree return of goods at our pointon al. Jana Pawła II 65 - during the company's working hours. All you need to do is bring the goods you want to return and the proof of purchase with you and we will take care of the rest :)



Instructions for returning / making a complaint:

1. Pack the product you want to return in such a way that it will not be damaged during transport -remember to attach to the package the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and the completed return / withdrawal / complaint form- available for download below.

2. Send the product back to the following address: Łódź 93-570, al. Jana Pawła II 65, the carrier of their choice.Do not send cash on delivery packages as we do not accept such packages.

3. After receiving the parcel from you, we have 14 days to return the money to the account that you provided in the completed form attached to the package or to respond to your complaint in the event of a complaint.
